Making a simple thing beautiful.
Work completed for: The Dallas Museum of Art
Role: Graphic Designer
While working at the Dallas Museum of Art, the museum’s Director asked me if I could design an itinerary packet for a select group of high-level museum donors who would be joining him on an art-filled trip to Paris. The itinerary was sent over to Paris early and placed in the hotel rooms of each person before they arrived.
I wanted to create something luxurious and classic, sourcing high-quality images that reflected the content of their trip and choosing an airy color palette reminiscent of the summer sky in France.
I focused on every detail, including visiting the local paper supplier in Dallas to select a cream, velvet-touch cardstock, and managing the printing to ensure it was up to standard before it was sent overseas.
